Our Team

The Unity School staff includes women and men with education and experience in early childhood education - often from the LCC Early Childhood Education program.

All staff participate in ongoing training.

The staff-to-child ratio is planned for one adult to five children in our two’s group, and one adult-to-eight children in our preschool groups- better than the state’s requirement of one-to-ten.
